Vijaya is a 35- year-old woman from one of the WTGs Who sought IGL's help to buy a milking cow in Vinayagampatty Village. She was provided with a loan of rupees 2500 ($50 U.S). Today she not only has raised the cow but also has on yield. Milking has substantially contributed to her income. She earns 2000 rupees ($40 U.S) a month Vijaya has now become a respected person within her family.
